Fancybox not loading correctly after closing it once

Hi there,

if click to load the form in the fancybox everything works just fine but after closing it once and clicking the button to show the form instead of the form the entire page is loaded in the fancybox. What could be causing this error? I updated to 3.6 today and the problem did not occur before as far as I can tell.

I have the same problem but have the NEW version 1.4.10 installed (WordPress 3.5.2).
