    Hello,
I have followed the following guide to add a random captcha with numbers:

    Using a custom CAPTCHA

Then I have added the last example from:
    http://www.the-art-of-web.com/php/captcha/

Now the form displays the new captcha and field to enter the numbers but gives the following error when submitted (it does not matter if you fill the form, gives this error even on empty form):
    There was a problem
Fatal error: Class ‘Quform_Element’ not found in …/public_html/3d/quform/process.php on line 10

I have added the Quform_Element as specified in the above guide.

How could I fix this, or where to look for the issue?

    Thanks
