Fatal error during install

Hi, I have a new install of wordpress, very few plugins all of which I have de-activated and whether I install via ftp or admin .. I get this error message.

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 49152 bytes) in /home/farnorth/public_html/wp-admin/menu.php on line 97

I have the following resources allocated

upload_max_filesize = 64M
post_max_size = 64M
memory_limit = 256M
max_input_vars = 3000

Any suggestions?

Thanks .. I had to deactivate any other plugin and then it installed 🙂
