File uploader & date picker not working

Hi,

I created a form on an other installation, to see if it will work for my purposes. Everything seems to work fine, so I bought a new license and installed the plugin on my (Multi)-Site.

I exported the form on the other site, and imported it on my new site.
On old installation everything works fine. But on my new site (fresh install, only theme and Quforms activated), the advanced file uploader (button or dropzone) always seems to make a fallback to regular browser upload button.
Also the datepicker wont work. It seems there is a problem with javascript?

On both sites, the same Theme (Avada) is installed. So I don’t think there is a conflict with that.
The new site also has no other activated special plugins yet.

Just found it out myself. Problem was importing a custom JS in a HTML field. Thanks!
