file uploads not going into the media library

Hi there,

We are using QuForm to gather photo entries for a Photo competition on this page. Last year when we did this, the entries went straight into the media library of our WordPress site when they were uploaded from the form. However, this year there are no entries in the media library. http://www.atlasoflife.org.au/2016-photography-competition/

Could you please help? We need them to put into our Photocomp galleries ASAP.
