First name not showing in view entry

After someone submits a form, the form email is perfect, just as we designed it with all fields, but when we go to check the entries in wp admin, click on any entry submitted, the first name field is not showing at all, all the other fields do show including last name, email etc, but just not the first name. Not sure why, the first name shows fine in the email notification sent as well as looks ok in the form design.

Any suggestions or things we may have missed? Thank you!
