Flash Warning without upload field

Hello,
I set up a simple form. It does NOT contain an upload-field.
Some customers (Win10/Mac/Firefox/Chrome) are getting a warning that flash was prevented from beeing executed.
How can i remove this warning?

It’s good, that Flash inegration is going to be removed, but what will be alternative planned for multiple files upload ?
