Form allowing constant spam

My client is getting their form spammed every 8 minutes by bots in Russia. The form does use a captcha, but it doesn’t seem to be doing any good.

Currently running version 1.7.9. It is an unlicensed version.

Would reCAPTCHA solve this problem?

A followup to this post. I’m trying to integrate reCAPTCHA. The image/checkbox is not displaying on the form, however the labels are. Any insight to that would be helpful as well.
