Hi ThemeCatcher,
I noticed that the the bullets from the choose box is not showing up anymore in IE on Windows 7 & 8.
For debuggin I installed a clean WordPress 3.7.1 and the latest theme version (RT-Theme 17).Whatch in Internet Explorer

I already changed the theme styles but that didn’t work.

Unfortunatly I don’t know what they mean with that.

Oh yeah. And it is also not showing up on other theme such as the default 2012 and 2013 theme.

What is not working in IE 11 is selecting a theme with uniformity. The bullets are not showing up then in IE 11. This is also on a clean WP.
Hopefuly you can fix it in an upate.
