Form calculaions does not work

I trying to make a form calculation as in

But my verison of quform is 2.0.1 and when I go to element id, I see only a number of id (1_5 for example) without word “iphorm” as on https://support.themecatcher.net/quform-wordpress/guides/basic/finding-the-unique-element-id.

Do I need to use “.iphorm_1_5” in JS calculation script? Or only “.1_5”? Or somewhat else? When i just paste script to HTML element and change to right ID numbers appears nothing. Can you send me an example form with working calculation?
