I purchased the QuForm plugin last year but I encountered a strange issue recently. I have embedded the form into our website and provided a link to open the form. The form opens successfully when the link is clicked the first time. But if you close the form and click the link again, the form doesn’t open. Infact, strange things then happens on the page and the page layout gets distorted. You can test this at http://www.veneratech.com/pulsar/overview/. There is a button titled ‘Trial’ on the bottom right area and the form opens up by clicking that link. I have tested this with Chrome and Firefox; the issue persist with both of them.
Can you please test and let me know the solution for this?
