We have a client website (built with elementor) where visitors can submit a form to get a brochure delivered by email. However, when visitors use the form that is loaded in a popup window, they can “submit” the form without filling out all forms and it doesnt consider the “required” fields – the form and popup just closes when they click send, no matter how many fields they have entered. And no submission is recorded. This gives the possibility of visitors not filling the form out entirely and their information not getting registered.
The form works fine when on a page, just not in a popup. Why is that?
