Form is not sent at all. No error message, no error in the console.

Hello,

I create a form and include the shortcode in this page: http://temporal-5.d246.dinaserver.com/contacto/ This form works fine.

Then, I duplicate the same form and include the shortcode in other page: http://temporal-5.d246.dinaserver.com/novedades/ As can see this form is not sent when I click in the submit button. No error in the console, no error message, nothing at all.

How can I solve this?

If I delete the duplicated form and create a new form from scratch the issue persist. It seems to me like there is a limit of forms that I can create….
