Two areas of form logic (sections hid/shown based on drop down selection – all shown on mobile regardless of selection) and the CAPTCHA are not showing up on mobile devices for this form: https://fernandoawards.org/nomination-form/

The “Nominator” section logic has been removed so now its’ just the “Organizations” section and the CAPTCHA that aren’t working.

Nope, still not working on mobile. All organizations are shown regardless of the number selected in the dropdown, and the CAPTCHA characters are not displayed. Both of these things work on the desktop. Screen shots attached.

Disabling “Async JavaScript” plugin did the trick. Thanks!
