Form not sending email submissions for – Yahoo to admin

Hello,

The form is working absolutely fine except one thing. If a user submits a form which has a Yahoo address, the emails are not coming to us. It’s getting submitted properly and the results can be seen in the WordPress Panel but no emails are coming. It’s not in the Spam folder or anywhere.
Only happens with Yahoo emails. Tried Outlook and Hotmail, they work.

Any suggestions for a fix?

Hello,

Reopening thread. I did what you suggested. Changed the From Address to the default one, still yahoo emails weren’t being sent to us by email so I installed and successfully set up Post SMTP plugin. That fixed everything however now whenever a Form Submission comes by email and we hit Reply, the default email address specified by gmail is the same email id from which emails are being sent to us(info@ourdomain.com).

I have specified the Reply-to address and name to the Users in the Form Settings however this part is now not working.
Could you please check?
