We’re using several differ quforms on our website and only recently noticed that many emails were not being received from clients using 1 particular form (package builder).
Did loads of testing and eventually discovered that it seems to affect predominantly hotmail clients (where they put hotmail addresses as their email address).
The strange things is this was not affecting the other forms, which work perfectly even with hotmail submissions.
I have switched email notifications to SMTP which seems to work for now, but am obviously concerned that the other forms still use GLOBAL SETTINGS and besides which, there’s a chance that all of them might invariably not send out email notifications…
There’s no way we can justify logging into the website each day to cross check, so any advice would be appreciated.
