I just spent two hours troubleshooting my form before narrowing down the problem. What I was experiencing was a problem with the form being forwarded to my email address. I would receive an error similar to “error sending form.” I already had two working forms on my website, so I didn’t have a clue what the problem could be. After searching the forums and trying out the STMP setup I was still unsuccessful. I opened up the email settings for my two working forms and compared it to this new form I was making and everything matched. Then I switched the content of the “email subject” under settings>email>Notification email settings>email subject. It was originally written in Chinese characters then I switched to English and it worked! What a headache! Is there a fix for this? I would still like to use Chinese characters in the email subject. Thanks in advance.
