Form not submitting today

Our form stopped submitting today. It’s worked for months without problems but today it does not submit the form after clicking the SUBMIT button. After clicking the gear spins but then stops and the SUBMIT button returns. No error messages and the form still has the data in it. I even checked the entries in WordPress and there are no new submissions.

I apologize. This form is not using your plugin. I used Quform for a different form which works fine. Please ignore my question above. Thank you.
