Form not working in IE

I can’t seem to figure out why 1 of the forms on my website isn’t working for IE users.

I have a few long forms like this but only this one doesn’t work: http://njboxerrescue.com/surrender/owner-intake/

It does not even give me the error i’m submitting without required fields, it just makes the animation like it’s checking/submitting and does nothing.

Any ideas what may be causing it? I’ve disabled other plugins and it still doesn’t work.

I was using IE 10. I updated manually and that seems to have fixed it! Thanks, i wasn’t aware there was an update it never showed one.
