Form notification recipient being the emails from a specific user role

Hello,

Would it be possible, instead of adding specific emails as the form notification recipients, to actually add a user role so that the recipients are all the user emails under that role?

Additionally, when I do try to add an email address, it doesnt allow emails that end with @nhs.net . Is there a way to bypass that validation?
