Form now stopping dropdown menu and tabs from working

I have put your forms onto a WP site that is running the Glisseo theme and although the forms work (pop-up and static) since I have added them the dropdown menu and tabs on a page no longer work – the code for them is still showing in the source code but it doesn’t physically work

Any idea?

Ally helped a friend resolve something similar recently.
