Form shall be sent not on the last page only

Hello,

I have a form

and page 2 comes only when on page 1 a specific radio button is checked (conditional logic i made)

but if a user comes to page 2 the form shall be sent with the data given till then and not continue with page 3. page 3 shall only visible for people that check another radio button on page 1.

How can i do that?
