Form styling

Hello 🙂

Just bought this form plugin today to use on my guild / clan website as i was planing to use this as a application form to join the guild / clan

Altho i struggle a little bit with making it look properly.,

i would like to have 2 rowsor more since i plan to add some more to the form,

Problem is i have no clue about css or anything like that so im curious if anyone could help me out here?

and any other tips to make the form look better on my website?
