Form submission not reaching recipient.

Hi all,

Just purchased an installed Quform for WordPress and although everything is set up, the recipients aren’t receiving the form (I’m one of two recipients).

The confirmation email has been received by the person who submitted the form, but the recipients haven’t received the form itself.

The mail is set to PHP Default in the master settings and ‘Use Global Settings’ on the form. I don’t see why this wouldn’t work.

Any ideas?

Thanks for your reply.

I’ve gone ahead and used a static “From” address to one recipient via an SMTP server and it’s still not working. Nothing in the junk folders, either.

I’m still getting the confirmation as the person who has submitted the form, but I’m not receiving the information from the form as a recipient.

Any other ideas?
