Form will not complete send

Hello.

I have QForm on a client’s website. It shows activity up to November 2013 but nothing beyond. I was recently contacted with inquiries about its functioning.

I have been working with it today, but cannot get my test submissions to complete the send. The little dots just continue to roll, but not completion notification.

I have tried deactivating and deleting other plugins, but I haven’t added any new ones other than than what I deactivated.

Can you offer suggestions.

I use Quform on other sites and not having any issues.
