Form won’t save new fields?

I have a form that I’m creating for people to apply for finance for a vehicle and the form is required to have dropdown menus for the makes and models of cars available, hence there are a large number of these dropdown menus.

I’ve reached a point in the creation of my form where it seems that I can’t add anymore fields…or rather, I can, but they don’t get saved when I save the form. Is there some sort of limit imposed on the size of a form?
