Form working, but not sending emails to me

Hi,

Recently the form has stopped emailing me when we get a new submission. I’ve tried it on several machines and the client gets their confirmation email, but we get nothing. Checked all the junk folders on our email and nothing has come through on the last 4 contracts.

Can you help at all?
