Forms gone after update!!!! :(

Hi

I had version 1.4.3 and read about upgrade the plugin. After that I upgrade today via wordpress update the plugin to last version (1.4.9).

Your page said that it was safe to upgrade the plugin that forms weren’t lost.

But mine did. How can I recover the forms. Too many hours creating them …
