Forms having lots of overhead padding?

cannot work out where the overhead padding is coming from on all inline forms called via shortcode… I had a quick flick over your guide but not sure if its applicable as looking over the elements I cant see it inheriting anything untowards in the css.. please give me a direct email address if you want login details to investigate.

Im using visual composer.

I cannot find any rewrite as you mentioned in functions ect on the theme

extra p’s and br’s are the issue.
