Forms not displaying after restore

We recently had to restore our website and database and two forms show with entries but no title and when clicked on it says – The form with that ID does not exist, go back to the form list. – However these forms show fine in the database. It shows that the title and the ID exists in the database. Any idea on how to fix this?

This is the version 1 form in the database. Is there any way to get this to work or migrate to 2.0? No matter what I do I get form ID does not exist.
