I have created the same form on 5 websites – all sub domains of the same URL. On one – and only one – the form “sends” and the sent notification appears. If I check entries in quform on the desktop, the form appears so it all seems to be working but the notifications are not arriving. I have tried the options suggested to get around the problem but none have worked. Can any one help? Mikee7
