"From" address… How can add a text field.

I would like the form to send as “name <email address>” so the support ticketing system I use will know the clients name. It sends a just email address so both the name and email address are entered as the email address on the support ticket.

Just adding a sign field would for name would resolve this, unless I am missing something and it can already be done.
