Generate Random uniqid

Hello,

I made a form and I want to send values to external database.

I need to generate and send a uniqid. I try to use but it is not uniq 🙂 I attached a printscreen.
I try tu send post_id but it is not unique.

It is possible to send the id field from wordpress table wpquform_entries ?
