Get data from another form

Hello,
Can we get data like fullname, organization from another form, with trigger input email form?
it’s mean, when we have confirmation form, just input email address and submit. The data will stored full information that they have registered before using antoher form.

I just tried include hidden field, but don’t know what to do next.

as email has been submitted, they will post another hidden field like fullname and organization, it is possible?

for some issue of user experience, that our users are people who do not understand to log in, and we try to simplify their efforts to confirm.
