Get the actual time (hour, minute)

Hi, thanks for this great plugin, i love it.
Is it possible to get the actual time with dynamic value like an other topic i have read “Todays date” with some code in function.php ?
I would like to create a form with todays date and actual time but possibilty to select other date and time.

Thanks, i’m getting 2 problems : timezone ( locale hour 19h11 but display 18:00 in the form) and only hour seems to be taken from time dynamic default value.

Thanks this works well, great support, i have request my host provider for timezone, minutes are ok now.
