Get the 'entry_id' for Custom Database

How can I get the unique entry ID of each submission so I can save it to my custom database?

In Form Builder > Settings > Database, there is an option to set a custom database and choose which fields to save to it. But there isn’t a variable where I can include the unique ‘entry_id’.
