Get Value from another Plugin

Hi,

as I don’t know how much about php I hope you can help me with this:

I would like to have the client name from another plugin named wp-client to be automatically be inserted in a hidden field. The name of the field in the database ist wpc_cl_business_name and it is stored in the wp_usermeta table.

This is what I find in the database:
umeta_id = 33
user_id = 2
meta_key = wpc_cl_business_name
meta_value = prima

What do I have to write in the hidden field settings? Would you please help?
