Getting JS EOF error when inserting shortcode for Slideshow Gallery plugin

Hi – it seems that WordPress is inserting tags into the javascript outputted by the Slideshow Gallery plugin’s shortcode.

We’ve tried disabling autop in various ways in the function file but the tags interrupt the JS. Is there something that the Storm theme could be doing and if so is there a way to insert short codes in our pages so they will work?
