Getting Multiple Emails upon Form submission

Hi,
I’m loving Quform so far! I seem to be having a little issue though. The form is working however, when I send the form, I get multiple (3) notification emails sent to me all at once. Also, I have it set up to have an autoresponder message sent to the person submitting the form. This is also sending 2 emails consecutively. Any thoughts on why this might be happening?

Thank you for your response. That seemed to work! No more duplicate emails! I have another issue now that I will create in a separate post.
