HELP! Global CSS change causes fatal error

Hi,
I am building a form for a client and every time I try to style it using the Global Styling option I get this error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function mb_strlen() in …/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/iphorm-form-builder/includes/CSSParser/CSSParser.php on line 25

I am using WordPress 3.9.0
Theme is Responsive Child Theme 1.0.0

and the latest version of Quform that I just paid for 3 days ago.

It doesn’t matter what I change in the Global Style section, anything makes the form crash.

Any ideas?
