Help Me Eliminate Extra Space on Top?

Hello – As you can see in my image attachment I have a bunch of extra space on top of my pop-up. I can’t figure out how to get rid of it for the life of me. Help me? 🙂

Thanks for your help! It was my theme that was causing the issue. The H4 tag. So I dropped padding and margin on top and everything is good now. Thank you!
