I created this form using quform: http://jnyhost.com/dlh/11-2/ All this fields is also in User Profile. I want to make that all files that are uploaded to go to a specified folder. This folder to be created using one of my field. For example using “company name” , when a client complete my form, all his files to go to a specified folder like “MyCompany”. I want this because I use this form for registration on wp. And after my client go to his account in media I want to make to view all files that they uploaded not other files.
