I am using a form which inserts its fields into the WordPress database. I have a custom table made for all the results to go in. One of the fields in my form is a hidden field named date. When the form gets submitted I have Quform enter {date} for this field from the insert variable chooser into the database. Every time it inserts the date into my database it show up as 0000-00-00. In the general settings of Quform I have the PHP date format set to Y-m-d and the JS format set to yyyy-MM-dd.

How can I get this to work. Database is MySql.

What I am trying to accomplish is to Date stamp when a form get’s submitted into my custom table.
