Hide form after AJAX submit

This question has been posted/answered in the ‘Quform WordPress’ forum but as I am unable to see the replies I will have to ask again here.

I have the form opening in a popup and I want to automatically hide the form after successful submission so that only the ‘Successfully sent’ message appears. Can you please advise on how this can be done.
