We’re seeing problems when we download Quform data and import the CSV files into Excel, to use with MS Word mailmerge. The problems are apparently due to users entering information with Mac. ??
For example, the CSV files contain – instead of a right-hand curly quote character. I’m thinking the ” at the end gets interpreted as a misplaced double-quote character during merge. The merge stops at that point.
So, upshot is, I’m wondering if we can get into the Quform database directly and edit records, which isn’t possible in WordPress. Would surely like to know how. Thanks.
