How do I horizontally center the submit button?

I tried adding “text-align: center;” to the Form Elements Wrapper, the Submit Button Outer Wrapper, the Submit Button Inner Wrapper and the Form Outer Wrapper under the Form -> Settings -> Style. The elements are centered but the button is not when I look at the preview.
