how to add BCC in config recipient

What is the right code to have a single recipient and two more recipients in BCC?

I don’t see an option to define a “to” or “cc” or “bcc”
$config[‘recipients’] = array(
’email1@example.com’,
’email4@example.com’,
’email7@example.com’
);
