How to add CC recipients instead of BCC

Hi,

In the notification email I see the option for BCC, but I need to submit it to CC recipients instead.
I am capable of core modification of files, so please advise.

I’ve edited common.php and changed from bcc to cc in the mailer function.
Because I don’t need bcc in my case only cc.
Is that a good workaround?
