How to add dropdown options in multiple choices

Hi.! Respected Sir.
I need help setting my Quform.
—>Question : I want to set multiple choice in such a way if some one click on those multiple choices more options related to that multiple choice shows below.
Check this screenshot for example.

Here when user clicks on Airport further options shown below.
