How to change text in submit button?

I often need to change the text in submit button, but dont know how to… and right now, on one of the forms, this is very important to change the text.

Another issue I often come up is placing the submit button in desired layout, since the button is generated automatically and is not inserted in form fields with drag and drop, can you give me any hints how I would get more flexibility in organizing the layout please?
